- Administering and managing all aspects of three major compensation programs comprised of the September 11th Victim Compensation Program involving $2.5 billion annually in expected payments; the Radiation Exposure Compensation Program involving $70 million annually in expected payments; and the Vaccine Compensation Program involving roughly $18 million annually in expected payments per year.
- Providing oversight over a robust reimbursable program.
- Reviewing, processing, and certifying obligations.
